Indifference can be defined as a state of emotional detachment where a person is unwilling to make a decision or take a stance. It reflects a lack of commitment or conviction, resulting in hesitation and an avoidance of choices, often leaving matters unresolved due to a lack of concern or direction.
This is how the birth of Jesus Christ came about: His mother Mary was pledged to be married to Joseph, but before they came together, she was found to be with child through the Holy Spirit.
Matthew 1:18
“I would like to ask Jesus Christ if he was indeed virgin-born. The answer to that question would define history.”
After Jesus was born in Bethlehem in Judea, during the time of King Herod, Magi from the east came to Jerusalem and asked, “Where is the one who has been born king of the Jews? We saw his star in the east and have come to worship him.” When King Herod heard this he was disturbed, and all Jerusalem with him.

Matthew 16:13-16
