After nearly 25 years in ministry, Steve McCoy planted 360 in 2006 with the goal of building a church that concentrated on what was most important to God: relationships. To be able to accomplish this, Steve realized that 360 would have to have an operating system that was both laser focused and authentic.

A laser focused plan would have to avoid the trappings of over-programming, financial debt, and lack of clarity. An authentic plan would mean that what 360 did in the Sarasota community would first have to be happening within the four walls of the church. The result was a church that people immediately sense a difference in a simple, focused culture where the operating system leads to authentic relationships.

Steve and his wife, Carrie, have lived in Sarasota since 2001, and they have two sons.
